• Hatha Style Yoga


  • The morning Vinyasa class is a hatha style of yoga, which focuses on connecting the movement with breath.

    This class requires the practitioner to move through a series of poses before holding them through the power of the Ujjayi breath (inhaling and  exhaling through the nose). With the practice of Hatha Yoga, we consciously integrate body, breath, and mind to clear the body of toxins and impurities.

    This invigorating class will leave you feeling light and energized ready to explore the wonders of North Bali.
